Groundstone’s active investment strategy is acquiring a significant Multifamily Value-add Acquisitions across the U.S. in primary and secondary markets with class B-C assets.

As Chief Executive Officer, Jacob is responsible for leading the firms’ financials, partners, developing and implementing the firm’s investment strategy, risk management, legal requirements, and overall success from acquisitions to dispositions.
Jacob is a strategic thinker and skilled negotiator. He is known for his ability to identify & pursue undervalued assets to generate strong returns through active management and value-add strategies. Jacob oversees the Groundstone team and valued partners to identify and pursue investment opportunities, conduct the acquisition, management, and disposition of the assets to maximize investor’s returns.
Jacob has over 10+ years’ experience including participation in over $125M of senior living, multifamily, and hospitality projects and transactions in the past 3 years. Jacob has a credible track record for ground-up development of multifamily, single family, and industrial projects in U.S. for an $81M evaluation. Managing the acquisition, construction and property management, and disposition of those assets. In addition, Jacob was a CEO of a global supply distributor for construction materials for 5 years, and now in an advisory role for the company.
Jacob studied Business Management and Information Technology at Emory University, GA.
Jacob served in the U.S. Marine Corps with honorable service with a background in leadership & Intelligence. His service awakened his analytical mind and his proficiency for leading & coordinating large teams and operations, including multiple military branches domestically and internationally, coordinating large successful operations in a combat roll and capacity.
